Erich von Däniken

Career
Erich von Däniken first established his name with the publication in 1968 of his book "Chariots of the Gods." What followed were 22 other books, which became bestsellers and were translated into 28 languages. Over 60 million copies have been sold. He produced a 25-part television series for SAT1 of Germany, three films for RTL and in English for the American television network ABC as well as The Discovery Channel.

The author is the initiator of the "Mysteries of the World." He is also an advisor in the presentation of the exhibits and he is active in the public relations aspect.

Stefan Zürcher

Film producer and trained electrician. He first became involved in the movie industry as a stuntman in 1968 (007 - On her Majestys Secret Service). After 20 years in the international movie business ("Cabaret" with Liza Minelli, seven other Bond films and films by Steven Spielberg and George Lucas) he founded his own production company, Alpine Films, in Wengen in 1968.

Ulrich Dopatka

Ulrich Dopatka

Career
Graduate librarian. Works in electronic data processing at the Bern City and University Library. Related to his marketing activities with IBM, he also works as an international adviser in library automation. Over a period of 25 years, he has published a number of books and articles ranging from popular science to mystery themes. He is also involved in the new media such as CD ROM and Internet. Dopatka is the author of the " Great Erich von Däniken Encyclopedia" (German language only, 1997).

Works together with Erich von Däniken in an advisory capacity in presenting the various exhibits at the theme park Other activities include coordinating information on Internet and public relations.

Born in Germany; Swiss citizen; a long-time supporter of the AAS RA Archaeology, Astronautics and SETI Research Association (currently president of the English-language section).
When he can find time, he takes an avid interest in sports events, particularly soccer.
