"Mysteries of the World" well on the way to becoming Reality.
The Planning Phase has been Financed

Erich von Däniken's Mysteries of the World project has overcome one more hurdle. The financing of the planning phase has now been secured. A deal was established with the company WP-Handel AG, a daughter company of HelveticStar.

For the financing of the planning phase of the educational and theme park in Interlaken, Switzerland, the share capital of 1 million Swiss Francs will be raised to 5.5 million Swiss Francs. WP-Handel AG, a company specializing in stock certificate trades and property capital financing of medium sized companies, will provide the new acquired shares. The acquired shares will be available to current shareholders to be signed. The remaining shares will then, through WP-Handel AG, be offered to interested investors. The relevant decisions will be made at a shareholder meeting of the Mysteries of the World Planning AG on September 14, 1999 in Interlaken, Switzerland.

The Mysteries of the World theme park's planning phase financing (which will last through the fall of 2000) was thus secured four months earlier than originally anticipated. At the same time remarkable resources in favor of the project were gained. With this deal, the basis of trust has been tremendously fortified.
