Mystery Park AG General Meeting:
Further Raise in Share Capital Decided

May 27th, 2000

In order to realize the construction of the "Mysteries of the World" theme park in Switzerland, last Saturday's general meeting of the Mystery Park AG in Interlaken yielded yet another raise in the share capital. There will be a minimum of 550'000 or a maximum of 3'300'000 new bearer shares available, at a nominal share price of CHF 10.- each, which will yield the desired raise in share capital from a minimum of 5.5 million Swiss Francs to a maximum of 33 million Swiss Francs. Shares must be signed until the end of June of 2000, and the distribution will take place until July 14, 2000.

The issuing price of one nominal share of 10.- will be 21.- per share. The general meeting also unanimously agreed upon the annual report and the annual revenues. The 1999 fiscal year yielded a profit of CHF 1'351.-

The budget of the planned adventure and theme park which is Erich von Däniken's brainchild is currently being evaluated by the famous Swiss auditing bureau Price Waterhouse. The executives of the Mystery Park AG predict a favorable profitability of the shares. In total, about 20 million Swiss Francs will be generated through commercial partnerships, which represents 25% of the total budget of 80 million Swiss Francs.

The planning phase of the theme park, which will be opened in April of 2002 in Interlaken, is right on schedule. The people responsible around Erich von Däniken would like to create a place of mutual contact for both the general public and the sciences, in order to illuminate and present the fascinating mysteries of this world in their entire dimensions. Some ot the planned mysteries will include the pyramids at Giza, the Nazca lines in Peru, and many other existing, yet inexplicable mysteries of the world which will be presented with the latest state of the art multimedia techniques.
