Dear Ladies and Gentlemen

From 15 February to 23 March 2002, the 936,217 new shares from the Mystery Park AG share capital approved at the last GM of 19 October 2001 will be offered for subscription. Should all shares be subscribed, share capital can be raised from the present CHF 18.7 million to CHF 28 million.

Within the framework of a media conference, we should like to inform you on the progress of the work and plans for the next stages.

Arrival by road: Please follow the signs to the "Baustelle Mystery Park"
Arrival by rail: Transfer from Interlaken-Ost railway station and back. Departure: from 13.30 hrs.

May we ask you to return your registration / non-attendance notification by 25 February 2002.
