Erich von Dänikens "Mysteries of the World" is an ambitious project. It is a project which is full of opportunity for you and future generations to come. Of course it is also a business opportunity for companies, the tourist industry, and private individuals. Needless to say, in the planning phase there are also business risks.

"Mysteries of the World" is a one of a kind adventure park in Interlaken. Integrated into the natural beauties of the region, it presents the wonders and mysteries related to such questions as where our civilization came from and where it is going. It is a dynamic, young, and international undertaking which asks questions and looks for answers to the inexplicable, yet real phenomena on our planet.

If you are interested in sharing in the enthusiasm about this project, if you want to seize an opportunity, are willing to take a calculated risk with an investment, if you want to take part in the process of opening the door to a "fantastic future" for yourself and the young people of the world, then why not participate as a shareholder in "Mysteries of the World?"

Experts already worked out detailed feasibility studies and business plans which rated the project very highly. It was on this basis that the "Mysteries of the World Planning AG" was founded in Interlaken in November 1997. This company is now responsible for project planning and realization.

Shares in the "Mysteries of the World" project are now being offered. Your involvement will be a positive sign of cooperation and support for this project. We have invited well-known personalities, firms and institutions, particularly from the tourist sector in the surrounding communities, and all over Switzerland, to purchase shares.

A premium is expected afterwards. Dividends, normal for this phase of the project, can only be calculated after it's completion in 2002.
